Shipping Policy

Shipping within Germany

We ship our orders reliably with Deutsche Post and DHL. After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email so that you are always informed about the status of your order.

 

Shipping costs within Germany start at €4.90 and are automatically calculated during the ordering process based on the size, weight and number of products ordered.

 

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €39.00 .

 

Processing time is typically 2 to 4 business days after receipt of payment. The subsequent delivery time depends on the respective shipping provider.

Shipping within the European Union

Europe-wide shipping is currently suspended due to the new Packaging Ordinance (PPWR), which comes into effect on August 12th.

International shipping outside the EU
